Under the direction of Mr. H S Kwong (former Secretary for Works of the Hong Kong SAR Government) Parona is mainly an investment and consulting company. Mr. Kwong has served the public sectors for over 30 years in Hong Kong. He is a prominent figure in the civil engineering sector. Mr. Kwong was the original Project Director of the Lantau Fixed Crossing Office of the Highways Department, responsible for the construction & project management of the Tsing Ma Bridge; Kap Shui Mun Bridge and the Ting Kau Bridge projects. He was also appointed Director of Highways before he took up the post as the Secretary for Works.
